Shakira rehearsing for the 2009 Presidential Inauguration

Pop legend, Stevie Wonder, performs his hit, "Higher Ground," in rehearsal for the Inauguration kick-off celebration at the Lincoln Memorial, set for January 18, 2009. As temperatures dipped into the teens, Wonder gave the audience a laugh, changing his lyrics to, "People . . . keep on freezin'." Wonder performed in the company of R&B stars Shakira and Usher.
